If you are not completely satisfied with your Perfect World Luggage purchase, you can return it within 7 days for a full refund or store credit for the full purchase amount.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS RETURN:

The original receipt is required for this transaction.

The item must be returned to Perfect World Luggage to receive the full refund or store credit. PWL does NOT pay return shipping.

The item must be in NEW condition for a full refund. New condition means that it has not been used and can be resold as new. Any use makes it "used condition". The returned item's condition is determined by PWL only.

If the item is in used condition, the refund or credit will equal 74% of the full purchase price.

All refunds include applicable sales tax.
